ParityFactory Support is dedicated to fostering cooperative relationships with customers as they learn to effectively operate ParityFactory technology. For this reason, there is no charge for individual service requests. Users are encouraged to bring to ParityFactory’s attention any actual or suspected problems as early as possible.
